Description:
This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: collaboration, networking and partnership development; as well as the development and implementation of a financial health and sustainability plan.
Supplemental funding will be used to conduct gap analyses and implement findings in organizational structure, human resource processes, and board governance. The organization will also develop a tracking tool and database to support financial diversification.
