Description:
This 59-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a strategic plan; assessment of existing programs and their impact on recipient needs; as well as strategies to address gaps ensuring effective and efficient use of organization resources overall.
Supplemental funds will be used for building digital learning infrastructure and developing business modelling. These activities will advance the organization's capacity in terms of implementing the vision for technology-enabled external service delivery, building scalable and reliable systems, as well as exploring the options and approaches to diversity funding.
Supplemental funding will be used to develop and implement a partnership engagement plan and tools
