Description:
This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: Board governance, Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Financial Health.
A supplement has been allocated to improve the technology, acquire new equipment and train staff.
A supplement and time extension has been given to the project to allow them to diversify their funds, establish a Result-Based Management framework, and establish sector coalitions and partnerships.
