This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: HR management, results-based management, partnership development and advocacy. An extension and supplemental funds were provided to the organization to diversify their funding sources through the development of a viable social enterprise model.
