Description:
This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Working Skills Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of Human Resources policies and procedures, innovative programs to enhance the service delivery, building partnerships with both the private sector and non-profit sectors, and strategic planning to ensure the sustainability of these changes. The supplemental funding received during 2023 will permit the organization to research and develop a plan to implement and promote a social enterprise model to increase financial sustainability.
