Description:
This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Times Change Women's Employment Service Inc. to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the creation of a sustainable fundraising strategy, with a focus on building new partnerships and collaborations to increase the diversification of funding sources, ultimately enhancing the organization's provision of essential employment services to women, to raise women's economic sustainability, and advance women's equality in the Greater Toronto Area.
The supplemental funding will enable Times Change Women’s Employment Service Inc. to strengthen its human resources management through the development of a human resources plan based on gender-based analysis.
