Description:
This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Homeward Family Shelter to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through a funding diversification strategy, an advocacy and community engagement plan and the development of effective networking and partnerships. The project will also allow the organization to optimize its visibility and attractiveness towards human resources that would ensure its sustainability. The 2023 supplementary funding will be used to develop a results-based measurement system to increase transparency and reduce duplication of practices and activities of staff.
