Description:
This 61-month project will address organization capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic changes towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: partnership development, collaboration and networking, development of a claims strategy, and implementation technological and management tools. The additional funding amount will be used to; strengthen communication and mobilization capacities through planning and investment in IT and virtual technology. The 12-month extension and supplement granted will allow the organization to integrate an intersectional feminist approach into its governance and human resource management. Strategies will emerge from the assessment of practices, including those to support staff recruitment and retention.
