Description:
This 57-month project will address organization capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic changes towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: human resources planning and strategic planning. The initial supplementary funding provided will be used to increase the number of hours allocated to the project as well as to make a digital transition so that the project can move forward in light of COVID-19. The new supplementary funding will be used to determine the organization’s governance and information technology needs.
