Description:

This 57-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a strategic plan, which will encompass human resources management and Board Governance. Supplemental funding will be used to build organizational capacity to affect change through the development of an advocacy strategy.
