Description:
This 9-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Elizabeth Fry Society of Northwestern Ontario to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organization capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: diversification of funding sources, implementation of funding strategy developed in project ON18515, development and implementation of funding partnerships with the private sector, while building organizational capacity to write funding proposals.
