This will be achieved by conducting internal and external needs assessments to determine gaps in GBV services and programming, creating a strategic plan that supports the LFCS’s ability to prevent and address GBV, conducting staff and board training to increase organizational knowledge of GBV, and developing an organizational action plan for the staff and board that will enhance LFCS’s ability to address GBV. LFCS will also update their HR manual with learnings from the assessments, develop partnerships to prevent and address GBV, analyze and implement new policies to help prevent and address GBV in the community, and create an advocacy plan for victims and survivors of GBV.
