Description:

Through this 28-month project, Singing Out will build stronger capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. It will address inclusion and visibility of 2SLGBTQI+ people in Toronto's artistic community. The project will include the development of a new equity focused strategic plan, the review and implementation of a new organizational governance model and the diversification of fundraising sources to ensure growth and sustainability of the programs and activities that community members rely on.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
