Description:

This 24-month project will increase immigrant and refugee women’s economic security and prosperity in Nova Scotia. It will develop entrepreneurial, financial and leadership skills and reduce barriers immigrant and refugee women face in response to entrepreneurial progress and advancement. This will be achieved by enhancing awareness of women’s entrepreneurial needs with financial service provides, investors, and community partners, increasing awareness of gender inclusive practices, increasing collaboration among immigrant community service providers, and promoting women-led product and service-based businesses.
