Description:
Through this 17-month project, ADF Toustes will strengthen the capacity and networks of 2SLGBTQI+ organizations to promote equality for 2SLGBTQI+ people, particularly trans and non-binary people in Rimouski. The project will help mitigate the specific barriers faced by 2SLGBTQI+ communities in the region. Funding will serve to incorporate the organization, draft internal governance documents, establish the organization’s strategic plan, create communications initiatives with the relevant communities, organize training sessions, develop networking tools, plan fundraising events, and formulate a strategy for assessing financial sustainability.
