This project will address the ongoing challenges faced by single mothers, including the challenges associated with all types of violence, emotional and financial poverty. Through this initiative, single mothers will acquire the tools to address their own trauma, establish healthy relationship patterns, develop problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, boost self-esteem, and enhance their sense of self-worth, all of which will contribute to improved family communication and overall health of the family unit.
To achieve these goals, the project will involve the establishment and reinforcement of partnerships to support program delivery, as well as a review and update of existing policies and training frameworks in collaboration with partners. This collaborative effort will engage, empower single mothers, equipping them with essential skills and resilience, while helping them recognize their potential through this program. KC will also carry out surveys and debriefing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of their program delivery.
