Description:
Through this 18-month project, TransParent Okanagan will register as a non-profit society to build stronger capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. It will address its organization sustainability and capacity building. The project will include registering as a society, developing bylaws and policies through facilitated strategic planning and Board development.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
