This 4-month project will allow the organization to hire a resource expert in strategic planning, set up a management committee to identify the needs of AFIO's target beneficiaries in order to carry out strategic planning. These activities will allow the organization to build organizational capacity and ensure the long-term success of the organization and a more sustainable operational transition.
