Description:

This 12-month project, a phase 2 of the project SO20055, will strengthen the capacity and networks of WorkQshop to advance 2SLGBTQIA+ equality. This will be achieved by building managerial capacity, improving access to funding opportunities, and amplifying sector capacity at large. At the end of the project, the organization will have established organization policies, developed a strategic plan, improved fundraising capacity, while also expanding board membership and community engagement.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
