Description:
Through this 27-month project, the Alliance Arc-en-ciel de Québec will strengthen the capacity and networks of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations to promote equality for 2SLGBTQI+ people. The project will address the organization’s consolidation and sustainability. The project will include developing an organizational development and sustainability plan as well as a sustainable development plan tailored to the needs and characteristics of the organization. This will allow the organization to consolidate and to strengthen its capacity and reputation to further support partner organizations and the public, with an aim to improve practices on inclusion and acceptance of 2SLGBTQI+ communities. Specific resources and a specialized firm will be hired for this project.
