Description:
Through this 25-month project, NWT Seniors' Society will increase its organizational capacity to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. NWT Seniors' Society will achieve this by increasing the knowledge and skills of Board members to utilize technology in their roles on the board, make decisions and advocate on behalf of the organization remotely. This project will develop an orientation and onboarding manual for Board members and develop an advocacy plan based on the organization's strategic plan.
