Description:

Through this 25-month project, Queer Toronto Literary Magazine will build stronger capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. It will address the needs to increase organizational governance, financial health, partnership development, collaboration, and networking. The project activities will include reviewing practices, bylaw, and policies, supporting board improvement, developing and implementing a three-year organizational strategic plan and restructuring the website to make it stronger, better, and more accessible.

The purpose of ESSOGIE program is to advance social, political and economic equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
