Description:
Through this 25-month project, Queer Toronto Literary Magazine will build stronger capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. It will address the needs to increase organizational governance, financial health, partnership development, collaboration, and networking.
The project activities will include reviewing practices, bylaw, and policies, supporting board improvement, developing and implementing a three-year organizational strategic plan and restructuring the website to make it stronger, better, and more accessible.
