Description:
Through this 28-month project, AGIR: Action LGBTQ+ avec les immigrantEs et les réfugiéEs will build stronger capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality.
It will address the needs of keeping up with the significant growth of the organization in order to meet the growing needs.
The project will include assuring long-term financial sustainability, building up strong foundations of their internal structures, and solidifying the leadership of LGBTQ+ migrants and refugees within the organization.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
