Description:
Through this 25-month project, the Prince George and District Elizabeth Fry Society will increase its organizational capacity to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. The Elizabeth Fry Society will achieve this by conducting an organizational financial health scan and implementing fundraising strategy and sustainability plan.
The organization will also develop a diversity, equity and inclusion plan, strategic plan, formalize advocacy strategy, develop an extensive library of manuals which will include updates to their policies and procedures manuals. This will strengthen the foundation of the organization.
