Through this 22-month project, Women’s Safe Haven/Resource Service Inc. will improve its organizational capacity to advance gender equality through the development of a 5-year strategic plan. The project will include a review and update of organizational policies and procedures; engagement with stakeholders to identify how the organization can better serve the community; and board governance and human resources training to build skills and outline roles and responsibilities to contribute more effectively to the organization’s success and sustainability.
