Description:
Through this 31-month systemic change project, The Association of CBDCs of NB will help advance representation in leadership and decision-making roles through systemic change. Specifically, the project will address systemic barriers faced by entrepreneurial women by conducting research and analysis on progress and barriers, creating a Provincial Collaborative Leadership Group, and by organizing an entrepreneurial innovation summit to mobilize the women's entrepreneurship ecosystem. The project will foster an inclusive environment where women entrepreneurs can thrive, ensuring their contributions are recognized and amplified across the province. An external evaluator will measure and assess the impact of the systemic change project.
