Description:

Through this 17-month project, Central Okanagan Elizabeth Fry Society will build its capacity to advance gender equity. It will address gaps in organizational strategy and sustainability to build internal capacity and improve outcomes for women served. The project will include developing a strategic plan, a framework for measurement and improvement of impact, and a communications strategy to share the roadmap for the organization with stakeholders.
