This 19-month project will establish the foundational pillars of Canada’s first national Black 2SLGBTQI+ organization through engagement, communication, and organizational development - all with a focus on systemic impact and organizational sustainability. The Enchanté Network will undertake key organizational development activities, co-develop a strategic plan and host two annual national black 2SLGBTQI+ summits.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
