Description:
Through this 19-month project, the Centre-femmes Catherine-Leblond will build its capacity to advance women’s equality. It will review the organization’s current way of operating and develop more inclusive practices. The project will include an organizational diagnosis; specialized training on matters of inclusion; and the introduction of a best practices implementation plan, which will be assessed as work progresses. Finally, the project will include preparing a summary report with recommendations.
