Description:

Through this 19-month project, Sagesse Domestic Violence Prevention Society will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address creating a culture of belonging by focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion within their organizational structures, processes and systems. The project will include the creation and implementation of a developmental and responsive organizational roadmap to curate belonging that respects their values and innovative and developmental culture and will build the skills and capacity of BIPOC staff and volunteers as well as board members leadership and accountability to support the organization’s goals.
