Description:
Through this 31-month project, Mosaïque interculturelle will help advance women’s economic security and prosperity through systemic change. Specifically, the project will address systemic barriers that prevent Black francophone women from evolving in their careers within the arts sector. The project will undertake 1) documentary research on the role of female artists, writers, editors and art professionals; 2) consultations with Black women from the arts sector to hear their experiences and perspectives; 3) an advocacy campaign targeting artistic and governmental organizations for the inclusive participation of Black women within the arts sector and related professions. An external evaluator will measure and assess the impact of the systemic change project.
