Description:

Through this 19-month project, EFry Hope and Help for Women will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address gaps in knowledge and skills around human resource management, program delivery, and change management. The project will include, 1) developing guidelines and training material on ensuring administrative fairness in service delivery; 2) updating human resource policies and procedures, and performance management tools; 3) delivering training on how to audit adherence to international law with respect to women’s and children’s rights within the Canadian criminal justice system; and 4) creating resources and training to support change management within the agency.
