Through this 19-month project, Hey Black Girl! will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address funding insecurity and limited long-term planning capabilities. The project will include developing a multi-year strategic plan, a fundraising plan, and a communications plan; developing internal skills and knowledge on women’s rights and operating women’s organizations, and implementing a collaboration and relationship-building strategy.
