Description:
Through this 19-month project, Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC) will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the organization’s needs due to its recent exponential growth. The project will include capacity building in the areas of board governance, strategic planning and risk oversight, as well as human resource and financial sustainability. Specific activities will include strategic plan development, governance and operational policies and process review, board and leadership development, legal oversight on contracts and agreements, diversifying revenue and income sources, and strengthening communications and stakeholder relations.
