Description:
Through this 30-month systemic change project, the New Brunswick Coalition for Pay Equity will help advance women’s economic security and prosperity. Specifically, the project will address systemic barriers to pay equity and equitable conditions for women while considering barriers specific to women from minority communities in New Brunswick’s not-for-profit sector. This will be achieved by developing a communications plan and a policy and best practices advocacy plan to ensure fair wages and working conditions in the sector. An external evaluation will measure and assess the impact of this systemic change project.
