Description:
Through this 32-month project, Étape emploi will help advance women’s economic security and prosperity through systemic change. In particular, the project will help identify systemic barriers within the construction sector by developing a human resources policy focused on good practices for diversity. It will also organize roundtables to involve employers in developing solutions as well as awareness workshops to train them on diversity issues. An external evaluation team will assess the project’s impact on systemic change.
