Through this 20-month project, South Okanagan Women in Need Society will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address capacity gaps to expand and improve best practices in service delivery and governance. The project will include implementing a tactical plan, updating organization’s policies and procedures, training staff in new systems and processes, and creating and developing an asset management system.
