Description:
Through this 19-month project, Coverdale Centre for Women will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address strategic planning and leadership development. The project will include strategic and operational planning to better guide board members and staff, and the development and implementation of staff training modules to address gaps in staff training and improve staff confidence in their roles, leading to improved organizational abilities to advocate and care for clients.
