Description:

Through this 20-month project, YWCA Halifax will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the need for up-to-date and transformative human resource policies and procedures that are reflective of the YWCA's commitment to equity and inclusion. The project will include jurisdictional scans, legislative reviews, staff interviews and surveys, and a deep dive into current policies and procedures. The outcome will be new HR policies and practices that meet the needs of the organization and its people.
