The project will include developing and revising policies and bylaws to align with GBA+ and applicable legislation and acts on Indigenous, queer, and people with disabilities needs. To do so, the organization will establish and advisory committee and will focus on the intersections of survivors of sexualized violence as well as making recommendations and informing of gaps by conducting needs assessment to aid them in continuing healing and equality. The activities will also equip the organization to secure sustainable funding through staff trainings and build network and improve partnerships with individuals, groups and agencies that share an interest in advancing equality for women, sexual violence survivors, and gender diverse individuals.
