Through this 20-month project, Petites-Mains will build its capacity to advance women’s equality. It will address its capacity to anticipate organizational change at a time when it is experiencing significant growth and to manage its operations more effectively. The project will include revising and updating the human resources policy and developing an action plan for employee wellbeing; creating a five-year transition plan for the organization’s management; and improving the team’s productivity through better, more effective internal communications.
