Description:
Through this 20-month project, Yellow Brick House will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the need to foster an inclusive and empowering workplace through a diversity, equity and inclusion-based lens. The project will include a needs assessment of staff and volunteers, the development of customized training and coaching strategies, the implementation of a feedback system, a review of existing policies and procedures, the creation of mental health supports, the establishment of working committees and the creation of a staff development plan.
