Description:
Through this 20-month project, Menopause Matter will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address gaps in internal governance and decision-making systems and fundraising capacities. The project will create a leadership and mentorship program, increase organizational capacity to diversify funding streams, strengthen sectoral relationships, and integrate GBA+ training into the operations of the organization.
