Description:
Through this 21-month project, WORTH Association will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the organization’s need to increase its reach with women in tourism, hospitality, and recreation, while gaining data to inform its goals and effectiveness in advocacy. The project will invest in CRM software, engage stakeholders to gather feedback, and develop and implement an organizational evaluation framework.
