Description:
Through this 20-month project, Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the current and emerging needs and compounding issues facing girls, transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse youth in the community. The project will include conducting an environmental scan, developing a strategic plan, creating a measurement scorecard to evaluate progress, and establishing a comprehensive and integrated digital data management system.
