Description:

Through this 21-month project, Chinook Sexual Assault Centre will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the organization’s long-term funding and external communications needs. The project will include hiring staff to review the organization’s existing resources; creating and implementing both sustainable fund and external communications development plans; and stakeholder and partner outreach within Southern Alberta communities to gain insights into the capacity building process. At the end of these activities, Chinook Sexual Assault Centre will increase their ability to obtain long-term funding and enhance their external communication needs. The organization will internally evaluate the success of project and share their findings with other stakeholders and partners through their final report and networking.
