Description:
Through this 21-month project, Dress for Success Vancouver will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address capacity gaps to expand and improve the delivery of programs and services for Indigenous and gender-diverse clients. The project will include the creation of an advisory committee, a landscape analysis, outreach and collaboration, improvements to onboarding and retention, and sustainability planning.
