Description:
Through this 21-month project, Fire and Flower will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address capacity gaps and needs to support its mission to provide outdoor-based rite of passage programming for girls and non-binary youth. The project will include curriculum enhancement and awareness, partnership and collaboration, staff training and human resources improvements, policy and planning development, and fund capacity development.
