Specifically, the project will address systemic barriers with the aim of transforming nonprofit organizational culture and practices through community engagement, creating a Women’s Nonprofit Mentorship Network (NFP) and piloting and implementing an Equity Diversity Inclusion Accessibility (EDIA) culture change program. The Women’s NFP Network aims to create an inclusive, safe, interactive, and collaborative mentorship experience and the EDIA Culture Change program aims to spark nonprofit culture change for supporting women in leadership. An external evaluator will measure and assess the impact of the systemic change project.
