Description:

Through this 21-month project, Women in Consulting Engineering Vancouver (WCE) will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address needs for a cross-regional strategy and governance model to support and empower women in engineering across Western Canada. The project will include the development of a strategic plan, bylaws, a finance and accounting structure, marketing and communication strategies, as well as technological infrastructure and data management that will link two individual groups under one overarching organization.
